Dr Katie BeleznayMD, Dermatologist
Dr. Katie Beleznay is a board certified dermatologist in both Canada and the United
States. She completed her medical training and dermatology residency at the University of
British Columbia and is a Clinical Instructor with the UBC Department of Dermatology. Dr.
Beleznay is fellowship trained in laser and cosmetic dermatology and is active in research
and clinical trials in aesthetic dermatology. Dr. Beleznay has published more than 40 peer-
reviewed articles and textbook chapters and serves as a contributing editor for the
journal Dermatologic Surgery. She has been recognized for her research in the area of safety
with aesthetic procedures and is a frequent speaker at international conferences, including
the World Congress of Dermatology, American Academy of Dermatology and American
Society of Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) Annual Meetings. Dr. Beleznay was also selected to
participate in the prestigious ASDS Future Leaders Network. She currently practices at
Humphrey Cosmetic Dermatology and Seymour Dermatology in Vancouver BC.
